PureData is an online address validation service ("Service") provided by Catalyst IT Limited ("We") in relation to New Zealand Post's SendRight Programme. The Service includes information provided on the PureData website ("Website") and other information and advice provided by Catalyst IT in relation to the Service.

Any person ("You") using the Service and Website must read and agree to these Terms. If you don't fully understand and accept these Terms, you must not use the Website or Service.
You must Register with us to use the Service. You agree to provide registration information that is correct, complete and up to date. You agree to update your registration information when it changes.

You agree to pay Catalyst IT Limited fully within 14 days of the date of our invoice for the fees to use the Service. You will be shown the amounts that will be charged before your files are processed by the Service.
You will use the Service lawfully.
We will take care to ensure that the Service is available and properly functioning so far as we can. As an online service, availability depends on conditions and equipment beyond our control. If you experience problems, you should let us know.
We will take care to ensure that the information provided on the Website is accurate and up to date. Before you rely or act on any of the information on the Website, you should get independent professional advice.
We will take care to ensure your personal information is protected and used only for the purpose of providing the Service.
We will retain address data only so long as it is needed for the purpose of providing the Service and verifying a Statement of Accuracy provided to New Zealand Post.
We may cancel your registration for the Service for non-payment of invoices, misuse of the Service or other reasonable grounds.
We reserve the right to terminate the Service at any time.
You use this Service and Website at your own risk. We will not be liable for any loss or damage (direct or otherwise) you suffer in connection with your use or the unavailability of this Service or reliance on information provided on the Website.
We exclude any condition or warranty that could be implied into these Terms (but only to the extent that this is allowed by law).
We collect personal information from you for the purpose of providing and charging for the Service. We will hold this personal information securely and will only use it in developing and running the PureData service and related services of Catalyst IT Limited. Names of people or organisations associated with your mailing lists are not required by PureData. We strongly recommend that you upload address information only to PureData.
